The holiday house offers three double bedrooms on the top floor: one is furnished with a double bed (1.50 m x 1.90 m) and the others are furnished with two single beds (0.90 m x 2.00 m) each. There is also bathroom with a bathtub, a toilet and a sink on the top floor. Both bathrooms have a small window. A washing machine and Wi-Fi access are at your disposal.

The holiday house boasts a spacious, partially covered patio adjacent to the private pool. You kids will love playing in the water. The pool is surrounded by indigenous plants and sun loungers and can be lit up at night. One of the top bedrooms has access to a balcony with views over the property and the surrounding area.

It is about 400 meters to the ocean and the beach (about 5 minutes on foot). Next to this beach is the beach of Cala Millor, well-known for its white sandy beach and its crystal clear water. It is about 2 km long. Here you can partake in sporting activities or sun bathe. It is about 1 km to a fishing spot and a boat rental and 500 m to public transport and shopping. The airport is approximately 71 km and the ferry harbour 25 km from the property.
