The air-conditioned swimming pool is open from 1 April to 15 November.

The house has 4 bedrooms and lounge and 2 bathrooms. There is a very cosy and comfortable lounge with a pellet stove for those colder evenings and a large French window which includes'ouvre sur la terrasse. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec un lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, plaque de cuisson, four, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur et tous les ustensiles de cuisine nécessaires. Il y a TV, DVD, stéréo, WIFI GRATUIT et un grand parking.

Les locations mensuelles (28 jours ou plus) n'NOT the'électricité, les bouteilles de gaz (si nécessaire) et les pellets pour le poêle à pellets.Il est possible de louer la villa au mois de janvier à mars.

Frais de climatisation : un forfait par semaine est inclus dans votre séjour, après quoi vous payez pour ce que vous utilisez.

La grande piscine privée (12m x 4m) peut être chauffée.

There are restaurants, cosy bars, a supermarket, a bakery (bread baked in a wood-fired oven!), banks, a chemist and an ATM. There is a doctor every morning. Velez Malaga is next to Torre del Mar and has a large shopping centre. The beautiful Lake Viñuela is approximately 40 minutes' drive from the house.
