The Villa Roque del Conde 3 is one of the holiday homes of the highest class from a prime location above the Costa Adeje and not least by its exclusive features. It takes only 5 minutes to the beach. On the ground floor there is a living room with open kitchen and separate dining area. Upstairs are the two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with bath and shower. One bedroom has a balcony and has a wonderful sea view over the Atlantic to the neighboring island of La Gomera. The lounge has a flat screen TV with international satellite channels. Wifi for internet access is available for free (fast fiber optic Internet). The living room has a sofa bed and offers a comfortable sleeping accommodation for 2 more people.

There is a large pool area with sun loungers (Community Pool) which can be used free of charge. On the terrace there is a barbecue available and comfortable seating and 2 sun loungers so that you can spend beautiful barbecue evenings there. You can park your car in the private garage, which is located in the basement of the house. There is also a washing machine. Information about the location:The house is located above the Costa Adeje with spectacular views over the whole coast and Playa de las Americas. In view of the Atlantic you can occasionally see the neighboring island of La Gomera. At night you have a wonderful view of the lights of the city. But also the view up is worth: You can enjoy the mountain panorama to the Roque del Conde (Table Mountain). The location is very quiet and still centrally, since one is by car in a few minutes on the beaches of Costa Adeje and Las Americas. Also at the picturesque port of Los Cristianos is not far away. A major attraction is the largest water park in the world: the SIAM-Park and the adjacent Aqualand. Shops are also nearby, you can get bread on foot and then on the terrace together outdoors breakfast. Las Americas is the tourist center with numerous bars, restaurants and sports and shopping. The climate is mild all year round and warm.
