Fully equipped holiday flat in a prime location. There is plenty of space for 4 people. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, tastefully furnished living room with kitchen create a cosy atmosphere in which you will quickly feel at home.
You will hardly want for anything when it comes to the equipment in your holiday home. Ceramic hob, large fridge, washing machine and fully equipped kitchen. Air conditioning in both bedrooms. There is hardly anything left to be desired. The nearest sandy beach is approx. 10 minutes' walk away. Shopping facilities can be reached in approx. 5 minutes on foot. German television and WLAN internet connection are already included in the price.
The flat is located in a quiet, yet central complex at the entrance to Costa Teguise. The distance to the sea is only approx. 150 metres.
