From here, you have direct access to a private patio with barbecue and garden furniture, ideal for enjoying al fresco meals. Downstairs from the living room reveals a 200 square metre games room, shared with another house, which includes billiards, table football and table tennis. A good night's rest is guaranteed in any of the three bedrooms upstairs, one with a double bed and two with twin beds, complemented by two bathrooms with showers, including one en suite in the master bedroom. In addition, the master bedroom and living room are air-conditioned, while the other bedrooms have ceiling fans.
