The pretty stone house near Llubí for up to 6 guests stands out especially for its tennis court.
It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, one of which is outside next to the annex. 2 bedrooms on the ground floor have a double bed and air conditioning (hot / cold) and share a bathroom with a bathtub. The 3rd bedroom is on the first floor and doesn´t offer complete privacy, it has the bathroom with shower en suite. The living room's air conditioning can also be used here for temperature control. The 4th bedroom is in the annex near the pool and the outdoor bathroom.
Beautiful ceiling wooden beams give the house a very special flair. The living room is cozy and equipped with air conditioning and satellite TV and it´s open to the fully equipped kitchen.

In the spacious outdoor area there is a furnished veranda, a barbecue and also a beautiful garden with lawn and Mediterranean plants. You can refresh in your own pool after sunbathing. The house also offers a tennis court where guests can play exciting matches.

Llubí is a pretty little village in the center of the island. It's still quiet and contemplative here. There are cozy bars and restaurants on the village square by the church. In Sineu, just a few minutes away, there is a well-known and big market on Wednesdays.
