Included in the rental price is 70€ of electricity consumption; anything over that is charged at €0.35/kWh and deducted from the €300 deposit, which is refunded at the end of the stay after deducting any applicable costs. The tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid separately.
The finca ensures a comfortable, safe, and harmonious experience in nature.

For late check-ins (past 21.00), a late fee will be applied.
