A modern, exciting architecture, with straight lines in combination of avant-garde elements with classic materials makes the hearts of architecture fans beat faster. In the basement there is a double garage with automatic door and a spacious basement area,
and the building services. The ground floor is divided into a large living/dining area, American kitchen with adjoining utility room and a guest toilet.
In front of the living room there is a covered terrace and an area with a pergola to have a shady place in the summer months from where you can enjoy the views of the Mediterranean Sea. In the same area there is a BBQ area. On the open pool terrace there is a large pool with an "infinity" effect, wide steps and underwater lighting. On the upper floor there are 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom. All bedrooms have access to the large roof terrace. In the basement there is a double garage with automatic door (of which one garage space is also rented) and a spacious cellar area, as well as the building services. What is there to see in Jávea? Jávea's coves in particular are the driving force behind the charm that makes this place so popular. The Arenal beach is perfect for those who like to be on the beach, but with all the comforts and close to the town. For those looking for more natural landscapes, however, Xàbia/Jávea also has plenty to offer, such as the beautiful Portitxol cove, which, with its small island and blue gate, is a favourite subject for photographers and definitely worth a visit.
This list also includes the bays of Sardinera or Granadella, the bay of Tangó at the harbour of Xàbia/Jávea, the bay of Francés, the bay of Ministro and the bay of Ambolo. Jávea is a real paradise for divers in particular, with its rocky coves and clear water.

However, if you are looking for routes to discover very special places, we recommend climbing up to the Mirador de les Pesqueres or walking the entire route of viewpoints, where you can visit monuments such as the Acequia de la Noria.
The walking route to Cova Tallada in Jávea is also a great idea and for a truly original experience where you can immerse yourself in the essence of this town, we recommend visiting Xàbia/Jávea during the Moors and Christians festival or the bonfires of San Juan.
Of course, Jávea also has numerous restaurants where you can try all kinds of traditional dishes, including, of course, some of the most typical of the region such as dried squid, seafood rice dishes, red prawns or fish stews.
