This great holiday villa just outside Lloret de Mar offers everything you need to have a perfect stay. The villa enjoys incredible panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and south Costa Brava coastline. It has a generous terrace to enjoy the best of outdoor living, surrounding a private pool. The villa counts with eight bedrooms with a total capacity of sixteen to eighteen guests.
Villa Joie de Vivre is constructed on three floors. The spacious open-plan living area holds a seating areas, a tv area, a sizeable kitchen and a dining area. This comfortably wide space opens out to the terrace with an outdoor dining and barbecue area, as well as a relaxing lounge with amazing views. The private swimming pool offers a nice refreshment after sunbathing. The upper floor holds three bedrooms with impressive sea view and two bathrooms with a bathtub and shower. All three rooms have access to a balcony to enjoy the views. The lower floor has five more bedrooms and four bathrooms (2 en-suites). There is outdoor parking for two cars behind a closed gate. Free street parking is also widely available. There is air conditioning and heating throughout the house.
