The flat is located in a well-kept complex, quite directly on the black sandy beach 'Playa La Arena' in the idyllic holiday resort of Puerto Santiago, and delights with its large, beautifully furnished balcony with a fantastic view of the sea and the neighbouring island of La Gomera. From the roof terrace you also have a view of the mountains and the island giant Teide.

In addition to the beautifully furnished balcony with sea views, there is also a communal pool with sun loungers and a separate children's pool in the outdoor area. Internet/WIFI is available and there is a reception in the house.

The flat has a sea-facing balcony, is modern and brightly furnished and is designed for a maximum of 6 people. It has a fully equipped kitchen with electric hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and everything else you need for cooking. There are two cosy bathrooms, one with a bath/shower, the other with a shower and two spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds, which can be put together if desired. From here you can also access the beautifully furnished balcony with lovely views of the sea and La Gomera. The washing machine is located in a small separate utility room. There is also a separate storage room for drying laundry. The flat has a very quiet fan in every room for the hot days and good ventilation, as well as air conditioning.

All shopping facilities are nearby, yet it is not a noisy place. You can enjoy a pleasant and relaxing holiday here without any worries.
