This lovely, bright sea view house is located in Son Serra de Marina, with a lovely natural sandy beach and crystal clear water. It's only a short drive away from the Muro beach and the town of Can Picafort.

Perfect family house for up to 6 people with amazing panoramic sea and mountain views of the bay of Alcudia, from the lounge and sun terrace.

Decorated with a modern coastal style to reflect the colours of the sea and surrounding nature.

It has an open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge on the second floor to maximise the great views from the large windows. You can sit on the sofa and watch the sailing yachts on the sea.

On the ground floor are three bedrooms, the master with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, the second has a double bed, and the third has two single beds. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a courtesy toilet next to the lounge. On the ground level terraces, there is ample storage for bicycles, wind and kite surfing equipment, surf or paddle-boards.

The house has a beautiful terrace with fantastic views, where you can enjoy dining and relaxing. There are sun beds, sofas, a dining table, chairs and a gas Weber barbecue; there's also an outside shower for cooling down on those hot summer days.

The house is equipped with hot and cold air conditioning. (We politely ask you to be responsible with energy consumption.)
