This well furnished apartment is located on a quiet road near the Shopping Center Habaneras in Torrevieja.
From the utility room you gain access to the sunny roof terrace. At the front of the house is a balcony with a table and chairs. After 150 meters is the community pool. It boasts a kiddie area and a large lawn. Street side parking is available near the apartment (no more than 50 meters from the property)
The complex is a duplex. On the ground floor is a large garden with a table and benches. A staircase leads to the apartment's entrance.
