Welcome to our finca!! One of the still authentic Mallorcan rustic natural stone fincas. This is in a wonderfully quiet location, only about 10 minutes by car from the two villages of Manacor and Vilafranca.
Due to its central location between the region's wide fields, the finca used to be used to grow fruit and vegetables, until a few years ago it was transformed into a truly fantastic holiday property.
The starting point from here to the beautiful beaches and coastal sections in the south from Porto Cristo to Santanyi and also in the north from Cala Ratjada to Alcudia and Pollenca couldn't be better.
The house with around 220m² of living space spread over two floors offers enough space for a total of 8 guests in four double bedrooms. On the ground floor there is the spacious living room with satellite TV and WiFi internet, the rustic kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and breakfast bar and a dining area with a long table. There is also one of the bedrooms (1x with a double bed) and a bathroom with shower . On the upper floor we find the other three double rooms (1x with a double bed / 2x with single beds) and the second bathroom with a huge shower bathtub.
The finca has a wonderful, huge garden with lots of lawn, a children's slide with a swing for the little ones, a brick barbecue area with an umbrella and a bench right next to the covered dining area in front of the pool. The 10 m x 5 m swimming pool has a depth of 1.40 x 2.00 m provides the necessary refreshment and the sun loungers invite you to soak up the sun. At the pool there is an outdoor shower and also a toilet with a sink. For some sporting activity, there is a table tennis table in the converted stable and there is also a mobile sandpit for the little ones.
The finca has an ideal central location because all beaches and towns on the island can be reached from here in almost the same time. Simply a perfect holiday home for families or groups of friends who want to spend a relaxing holiday
