This small rural house is located in the village of Camoca, just five kilometres from the municipal capital of Villaviciosa, in a very peaceful and rural setting.
Behind the house there is a small garden with a barbecue area, a table and enough seats for outdoor dining.
The house consists of two floors and can accommodate two to four people. The living room on the ground floor with a fireplace and a small sofa is open to the kitchen and separated from it only by a counter. There is a dining table with six chairs. There is also a TV and DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and other appliances, as well as plenty of crockery. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with bathtub. There is a television in the bedrooms. A hairdryer is also available. All rooms have heating. The house was restored with great attention to detail and maintaining the original structure. Predominantly materials such as wood and stone were used.
The house is surrounded by meadows and woods. It is located about 15 kilometres from the beach "Playa de Rodiles". It is located in the village of Camoca, only five kilometres from Villaviciosa. In Villaviciosa there are restaurants and shopping opportunities.
