Our beautiful 3-room holiday flat with 2 bedrooms and a wonderful lake view is situated in an extremely quiet, prestigious location near the vineyards, above Lake Constance.
You can reach the centre of Überlingen on foot in ¼ hour. The lake is also a quick 12-minute walk away. If you don't want to walk, there is a bus stop just 100 metres from the house. The nearby forest and the beautiful hiking trails through the vineyards with a magnificent view of the entire Überlingen lake invite you to go for walks and excursions.
Our beautiful 3-room holiday flat with 2 bedrooms and a wonderful lake view from the roof loggia was freshly renovated in summer 2022 with new furniture and beds.
A car park is right outside the front door. The flat has a Mediterranean charm with a large living-dining room overlooking the beautiful Lake Constance. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a magnificent view of the lake with direct access to the roof terrace from the dining room.
The new white designer leather couch (Dieter Knoll) in the living room invites you to relax in the evening. There are also 2 bedrooms with a large box-spring bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and an exclusive bathroom with whirlpool, where you can relax and unwind...
An internet connection via W-LAN is also available free of charge.
The holiday flat has an exceptional view directly onto the lake. A roof loggia that cannot be seen promises a wonderful sunset. There is also a whirlpool with side jets in the bathroom - where you can relax wonderfully.
The nearby forest and the wonderful hiking trails through the vineyards with magnificent views of the whole of Lake Überlingen invite you to go for walks and excursions.
