This beautiful, quietly situated holiday flat is located in the landlord's house in Gressow, a small village between Grevesmühlen and Wismar, not far from the B 105.
Several sandy beaches on the Baltic Sea are approx. 15 min. car journey.
A terrace with garden furniture is located in front of the entrance to the flat with a view of the garden. There is private parking on the property.
It has a total floor area of 49 m², which is divided over two floors. On the ground floor there is a large eat-in kitchen, which is equipped with a fitted kitchen including fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, dishwasher and microwave. A seating area in the living area can be converted into a sofa bed. The separate hallway leads to the upper floor. There you will find the bedroom with double bed (1.80 x 2 m), which is designed as a gallery and from there you enter the bathroom with shower. There is satellite TV in both rooms, i.e. in the living room as well as in the bedroom. This means that there are a total of four sleeping options and an additional guest bed. A cot is also available on request. Bed linen, crockery, coffee machine, kettle and toaster are available. Free WLAN is available throughout the flat. The house has oil heating and there are radiators in every room of the flat.
Some excursion possibilities are the Hanseatic city of Wismar, Grevesmühlen, the island of Poel, the fun pool Wonnemar in Wismar, as well as many other interesting sights. The Baltic seaside resort of Boltenhagen or the sandy beach of Wohlenberg are perfect for relaxing. But these are just a few examples of leisure activities.
