The holiday flat is located on the ground floor of a quiet house with four holiday flats at Kurpromenade 8, a quiet cul-de-sac not far from the maritime marina of Harlesiel. Within walking distance you can reach the beach (distance approx. 400 metres) and the Cliner spring (distance approx. 500 metres) The flat with separate entrance has a light-flooded living room with sofa set and satellite TV, dining area and modern, fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher and microwave). A highlight of the flat is the sunny south-facing terrace with high-quality garden furniture and its own large garden, which also faces south. In addition to the master bedroom with a cosy double bed, the flat also has a small bedroom with a single bed. A brightly furnished shower room rounds off this well-equipped flat.
