This detached holiday home is located on the edge of a holiday park, only about ten metres from the forest. The holiday park is located in beautiful and natural surroundings. It is particularly suitable for nature lovers and for families with children. The spacious complex has both detached holiday homes and terraced houses. The houses are scattered around the park, not so close together, giving you plenty of space and privacy.

Outside, there is a terrace with a table and benches. Parking is available right by the house. The garden is not fenced.

This holiday home can accommodate six people. The rooms are spread over two floors. On the ground floor is the spacious and comfortable living room with sitting area, dining area, fireplace, DVD player and HD TV. A small staircase with five steps leads to the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, four plate electric cooker, oven, fridge, microwave and other small electrical appliances. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. You have three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, 1.60 x 2.00 m, the other two bedrooms are on the first floor. One bedroom also has a double bed 1.80 x 2.00 m, the other bedroom has two single beds, each 0.90 x 2.00 m. From both these bedrooms you can access the balcony through a door. The bedrooms each have washing facilities. In addition, the house has a washing machine and all rooms have electric heating.

The holiday park was built on a hill, but is easy to walk on, even with a pram or pushchair. You will find a restaurant in about 400 metres, the village about 600 metres away. You can go on exciting hikes, cycling trips and challenging mountain bike tours in the area. This area is enclosed between the Sauerland and the Hessian Bergland. There is a wide range of attractions. The Kellerwald-Edersee National Park is within walking distance. Nearby is one of Germany's largest reservoirs, Lake Edersee. There you can dive, sail, surf, water-ski, fish, swim or boat. Moreover, this region is also very interesting culturally and historically with towns like Bad Arolsen, Frankenberg, Waldeck and Bad Wildungen.
IMPORTANT: Unfortunately, not all facilities (billiards/pool, disco, swimming pool, playground, mini-golf) are closed. It is not known if and when these facilities will reopen.
