The granny flat is quietly located in a cul-de-sac with little traffic in the Neu-Heikendorf district. Bus stop within walking distance
The generously proportioned 2.5 room granny flat on the 1st floor is divided as follows:
A small hallway with cloakroom and small table is located in the entrance area of the flat. All other rooms are accessed from here. A large living room with a large leather sofa, bookcase, flat-screen TV and satellite TV. There is also a nice seating area.
