Experience the charm of rural Bavaria in our spacious holiday home in Kollnburg, perfectly tailored for up to 15 people. This individual accommodation, situated on the picturesque edge of the forest, promises an incomparable holiday experience for large families, friends or clubs who love nature but don't want to do without comfort. Here you can get away from it all and enjoy the calming tranquillity of the Bavarian Forest.
The house offers six inviting bedrooms and three fully equipped bathrooms, guaranteeing plenty of space and privacy for all guests. A washing machine and tumble dryer for your sole use ensure that even longer stays are no problem. The kitchen is equipped with all mod cons such as a ceramic hob, a filter coffee machine and a dishwasher to make self-catering as easy and enjoyable as possible. In the cooler months, the fireplace provides cosy warmth and creates a cosy atmosphere.
Outside, the spacious terrace with direct access to the private garden invites you to spend your days outdoors. This area is ideal for guests with pets, as up to three medium-sized dogs are welcome here. The garden offers plenty of space for relaxation or outdoor activities together, right on the edge of the idyllic forest.
The location of our holiday home is perfect for winter sports enthusiasts, with ski slopes and a ski school just 5 km away. The nearest ski bus also stops within this distance, making your journey to the slopes stress-free. The nearest village centre with grocery shops and local amenities is also just a short drive away, making it easy to organise your daily needs.
