There are reduced prices for our guests to visit the CranaMare adventure pool with whirlpool, sauna and year-round heated outdoor pool. From the quiet holiday flat you have a view of the garden/yard. Play facilities for children are available.

Kronach has the largest medieval fortress in Germany. The well-known Faust open-air festival takes place on the Rosenberg fortress. The famous painter Lucas Cranach was born in Kronach.
But it is not only the cultural offerings that make the town so popular for leisure activities. Horse riding, rafting, gliding, 200 kilometres of hiking trails around Kronach, cycling (bikes provided) and a toboggan run are just some of the leisure activities that can be enjoyed here in the clean, mild air and temperate climate.

Property description: The holiday flat is on the 1st floor, 50 sqm, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with bed and couch, shower/WC, living room/kitchen, view S/W side to garden, and E side to courtyard and riding stable in the neighbourhood, balcony, garden with sitting area, sandpit, large courtyard. Bed linen/towels/final cleaning included.

Location: Northern Bavaria, conveniently located, approx. 20,000 inhabitants with idyllic half-timbered houses in the old town centre
Culture/Art: Kronach with historic fortress and underground tours, Fränk. Gallery is a branch museum of the Bavarian National Museum, the main attraction is undoubtedly the works of Lucas Cranach the Elder, who named himself after the town of his birth.

Leisure/sports: winter/summer toboggan run, golf course, minigolf, beautiful playground with large climbing garden where the State Garden Show was held in Kronach in 2002, network of hiking and cycling trails, riding stables 300m away, cinema, nice cafés and restaurants with flair at reasonable prices, picturesque alleyways, Kronach Christmas market, winter sports, horse-drawn sleigh rides.
