The former hunting lodge is the grandparents' heirloom, which we have lovingly renovated. It is located on the edge of the village on a hill near Penzberg, about 45 minutes by car south of Munich. The sunny, wind-protected terrace can even be enjoyed in winter. All rooms are on the ground floor: 3 bedrooms; 1 cozy living room; new, fully equipped kitchen; bathroom with tub; toilet. Sofa bed in the living room. In addition, the renovated children's hut in the garden offers a 2x2m bedroom and a playroom with a table. The large, natural and fenced garden with old trees invites you to relax and play. A swimming pond is 3 km away.
