This first-class and comfortable holiday apartment is in a family-friendly and well-maintained country house in the spa town of Prackenbach, in a lovely location on a south-facing slope with a view of the Großer Arber mountain. It is on a site spanning 2200m².Comfortable and cosy four-star holiday apartment with a big, furnished balcony and many extras such as a pool table, table football, table tennis, a fitness room, trikes and go-carts, a children’s playground and bicycle hire
The 73m² apartment with a balcony has two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and bath, a separate WC, a living room with a comfortable sofa suite and an integrated, built-in kitchen with a dishwasher and a dining space, with direct access to the balcony. The two bedrooms each have a double bed and a supplementary bed can be provided on request. The living room has a big LED TV, a radio and CD player. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven and ceramic hob, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a toaster, coffee machine, pads coffee machine, kettle, bread-cutting machine and hand mixer.
The child-friendly house provides a generous lawn for playing and relaxing (site 2200m²) with a playground (sandpit, swing, seesaw, slide, paddling pool), a grill area with an outdoor seating area, badminton, two little rabbits. Table tennis, table football, a pool table and fitness equipment are also provided in the annex free of charge.
For physical fitness, mountain bikes are available free of charge for an exciting tour on the nearby Regental cycle path. A bicycle child seat is also available. Garden furniture is provided and there is a car parking space right by the house. An iron and ironing board, a junior bed, highchair, baby bath and changing table, tricycle, kiddie tractor and trikes are available. On workdays you can enjoy a bread rolls delivery service (delivery free, rolls payable locally). The family-friendly atmosphere of the house, the comfortable and cosy interior and the many leisure facilities all promise a relaxing and interesting holiday.
The family-friendly spa town of Prackenbach is in the midst of an extensive hiking area with over 100km of signposted paths. Tennis, squash, a fitness and wellness centre with a sauna and solarium round off the sports programme. About 150 metres from the house there is a public playground and sports ground. Prackenbach is an ideal starting point for trips to the highest peaks of the Bavarian Forest (Arber, Rachel, Lusen, Falkenstein, Prööller) and the beauty spots of the Bavarian Forest National Park, as well as for exporing the “Glass Route”. The climatic spa town of Viechtach 5km away offers a range of pools (one of the most beautiful outdoor pools in the Bavarian Forest). You can hire boats on the Regen, Blaibacher See and Höllensteinsee, as well as adventure tours and fishing. Children will enjoy the nearby toboggan run, leisure park, minigolf course, leisure pools, animal parks, playgrounds and treetop trail. Winter sports centres such as St. Englmar, Geißkopf and Arber are within easy access, with about 20 ski lifts, ski schools, snowboarding courses, cross-country skiing trails, ice skating, sledging and winter hiking trails.
