This three-room superior apartment completely renovated and newly furnished in 2014 in a two-family house is suitable for up to four people. It has a spacious living room with tiled flooring and a generous sitting area with a modern media cupboard with satellite TV and a stereo system, as well as a well-equipped kitchen and a dining space. There is a new built-in kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and microwave, a fridge with a four-star freezer compartment, a stove with a ceramic hob and a separate oven, a dining counter for four people, a highchair, a coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Tea towels are included in the price. There are two carpeted bedrooms with a spacious wardrobe and clothes rail, and a comfortable double bed (180 x 200cm), bedside tables with lamps and a sofa bed (180 x 200cm) and a table with a lamp. Bed linen is included in the rental price. There is a bathroom with a corner bath a shower (100 x 100cm) with an overhead showerhead and an additional shower attachment, a WC, a washbasin with an illuminated mirror, a hairdryer, hand and shower towels (one per person) included in the price. There are also a separate guest WC, a storage room with a washing machine and dryer etc.

There are two car parking spaces right in front of the house entrance.
