Lockable garage (not suitable for buses, too low, max. VW Caddy!) and parking spaces at the house, lockable side room for skis or bicycles, sheltered terrace with barbecue facilities with barbecue accessories, play and sunbathing lawn with play tower with swing and slide for the little ones, an outdoor play box and six deckchairs.
