The holiday apartment is located on the first floor of a three-family house in a quiet, semi-rural area of Oberarnsdorf, directly on the Danube River. It offers three levels of living space with a modern, open-plan layout: the entrance hall, bathroom/toilet, and kitchen/dining area are on one level. Three steps down is the living area (approx. 35 m² total), and a spiral staircase leads to the sleeping area under the roof (approx. 15 m²). The kitchen/dining area features a new fitted kitchen and a comfortable corner bench. From the dining area, you can enjoy views of our local mountain, upstream along the Danube Valley, or directly onto the Danube from the balcony. The holiday apartment has been lovingly furnished with high-quality, partially oiled solid wood furniture. The living and sleeping areas have oiled parquet flooring. The underfloor heating switches on automatically on cooler days.
