Chalet - 4 personer - 5377 - Somme-Leuze

Our satisfaction is more than good but not that fantastic. The chalet is well situated to explore the region so this is fantastic; the chalet itself and the use of some equipment lacked written information. Regarding air conditioning, if there is any, we couldn't find it (or the system in place profuced more heat than cold air). Furthermore, the 3 mosquito nets found in the chalet and garage took us 2 days to finally install them properly whitout leaving gaps big enough for flies and mosquitoes to come in "en masse" and really be annoying during evenings and nights. This should be modernized or updated as much as possible, especially during a heatwave like this week. The staff at the reception center or the online support are really very good (only good things to say about them).

Chalet Les Hortensias is a lovely retreat! The garden is beautifully landscaped and perfect for relaxing, We enjoyed our mornings on the terrace with coffee from the machine, The living area with the wood stove made our evenings cozy,

A practical choice for our family trip, The two bedrooms were comfortable, and the bathroom had everything we needed, The location is peaceful, and the garage was handy for our bikes, Overall, a solid experience,
