Older, well-maintained, and spacious holiday home on 2 levels, situated on a quiet road close to both Ebeltoft and Øer, with a lovely view of the Kattegat. Two beautiful, sheltered wooden terraces facing south and west, as well as a large, central, and fenced wooden terrace with a hot tub. There are garden furniture, loungers, a grill, and a parasol, as well as a delightful outdoor kitchen. The house has a carport. Large, bright, and well-furnished living room with access to the terrace. Cozy sofa furniture, wood stove, TV with Danish (including TV2) and German channels, and a radio. The spacious and well-equipped kitchen with visible ceiling beams has good dining space for 6 people, ceramic hobs and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave, as well as access to a large, elevated terrace. On the ground floor, there is also 1 spacious bedroom with a double bed, while the 1st floor has 2 rooms with sloping ceilings (note: an extra room is locked for the owner), both with 2 single beds, making a total of 6 sleeping places. Newer, bright, and well-appointed bathroom with shower, cabinet arrangement, and washing machine, as well as a guest toilet, both on the ground floor. There is internet access.

Here, you live in a hilly and forested natural area, within cycling distance to lovely, child-friendly beaches at Øer and Ahl. You are only a few kilometers south of Ebeltoft with its charming, cobblestone streets and good shopping opportunities. There are excellent opportunities for fishing and water activities, and the entire area invites you to delightful bike and hiking tours. Moreover, one of Denmark's best mountain bike trails is right in the neighborhood.
