This new and extremely spacious holiday house is located on a natural lot near Øer south of Ebeltoft. The house is surrounded by a large, partially covered tiled terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, parasol, and a grill. For the children, there are swings, a trampoline, and a sandbox. The entire property is fenced, allowing a dog to roam freely. In a locked shed, there is also an outdoor table tennis table that can be set up in the garden or on the terrace. A beautiful and well-equipped house with all amenities and comfort regardless of age.

The entire house is open to the ridge with a high ceiling, contributing to the feeling of plenty of space and light. The large living room is in open connection with the kitchen and has panoramic windows and access to the terrace. There is a dining area for 8 people, a wood stove, a comfortable seating area, and a TV with Danish (including TV2) and German channels. You live a short distance from Ebeltoft's charming streets and good shopping options to the north, and only 400 meters from the child-friendly Øer Strand, characterized by shallow water, large sandbanks, and rich birdlife. Good opportunities for fishing as well as lovely cycling and hiking trails.
