Not far from Ebeltoft and close to a really good beach, you'll find this cozy and very well-maintained holiday home. Here, you're welcomed into a cozy and well-furnished living room with a wood-burning stove and heat pump, and with access to a nice covered terrace with garden furniture. Lovely kitchen area with, among other things, a dishwasher and access to the terrace. The sleeping arrangements in the house are in three good bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with bunk beds, and one with a bunk bed and a single bed. Large and spacious bathroom with a shower and underfloor heating. Outside the house, there's both an open and a covered terrace with garden furniture, and the house is situated on a lovely plot with a lawn, suitable for play and ball games, as well as outdoor relaxation. For the little holiday guests, there's a swing set.

Ahl Strand is a quiet and extremely child-friendly area. The beach is characterized by white sandy beaches and shallow water with sandbanks, so the little ones can safely bathe. Additionally, the beach is a popular spot for windsurfers. The house is located about a 10-minute drive from the town of Ebeltoft with its cozy old cobblestone streets. Here, you'll find many small specialty shops, cafes, and several good restaurants on the harbor, along with the Glass Museum, the Old Town Hall, and the Frigate Jylland, all of which are worth a visit. And you shouldn't miss a visit to Djurs Sommerland, which is Northern Europe's largest amusement park with activities for both adults and children. From the house, it's about a couple of kilometers to a nice mountain bike track, where a 13 km long route has been laid out.
