Welcome Charming townhouse by Tejn Harbour with sea view and shopping opportunities. From the entrance steps, you arrive at the house’s entryway, which provides access to the living room, guest toilet, and kitchen. The kitchen, which offers views of the Baltic Sea, is bright and well-equipped. From here, you enter the living room with a large dining table—also with a sea view—and a cosy sofa area with a TV. From the entryway, a staircase leads to the first floor, where there are three bedrooms, all with double beds. The main bathroom is also located on this floor, equipped with underfloor heating, a toilet, and a shower—so you don’t need to go up and down stairs during the night. In the basement, there is a laundry area with washing and drying facilities. This house is furnished with a focus on natural light and sea views. All in all, it’s a great base for a fantastic holiday with a view of the Baltic Sea. Enjoy Life Outdoors The house sits on a large and inviting plot featuring a lawn, a stone patio, and a balcony with views of the Baltic Sea. The spacious plot allows you to enjoy the sun all day long. From the entryway, there is access to the large terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue, and sun loungers. The balcony is directly accessible from the living room. Children can play safely on the lawn without the risk of traffic, and parking is available directly next to the house. Experience Local Life The house is centrally located in Tejn with harbour and sea views. In the town, you'll find shopping options, a local brewery, and a harbour lagoon with a sandy beach. The house is situated right across from the harbour, allowing you to enjoy the view of boats sailing in and out. Next to the harbour is a bathing area with cliffs—one of Bornholm’s signature features. There are many green areas and forest trails nearby. Visit Døndalen to experience Denmark’s tallest waterfall, or take a walk along the coast toward Sandkås towards Hammershus. There are plenty of opportunities for exploration in Tejn and the surrounding area. This part of the island is known for its rocky coastline, but in Sandkås—just a couple of kilometres from Tejn—you’ll find a lovely sandy beach. Definitely worth a visit.
