The charming pergola, furnished with a comfortable lounge sofa, becomes the ideal place to gather with friends and family for informal conversations or relaxing reading. If you want to explore the local area, you will be happy to discover that the house is the closest neighbor to the harbor's recreational area. Here you can plunge into the clear water from the rocks or take part in a lively football match on the nearby pitch. For the four-legged family members, there is even a dedicated dog-walking area where they can stretch their legs. The kitchen is a true delight for cooking enthusiasts as it is equipped with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer and induction hob. Here you will also find a complete collection of crockery and kitchen equipment – ??everything you need to prepare and enjoy delicious meals. Technological conveniences such as heat pump, oil boiler, TV with extensive Viasat/Canal Digital package, WiFi and Bluetooth music system add a modern touch to the house.
