Welcome to this charming holiday home, idyllically situated just outside Allinge - a treasure trove of shopping opportunities, restaurants, a picturesque harbor and the famous venue Gæsten, buzzing with life. Just 200 meters away, the coastal path opens up for adventure. A short walk takes you to the enchanting Sandkaas Lagoon, where golden sandy beaches meet majestic rock formations. The same path invites you to stroll along the coast to Allinge, a pearl on Bornholm. The plot's location at the end of a picturesque side road offers a beautiful sea view. A well-kept garden with lawns and charming wooden terraces forms the setting for sunny oases. You can retreat under the lovely cover in the evening and let the breathtaking view under the roof enchant you. From the summer house, you can soak up the raw and unspoiled nature - from the wild Baltic Sea, which breaks against the rugged cliffs of the Northland, to the idyllic, peaceful lagoons. This cottage has everything the heart desires: The whole house is characterized by light wooden floors and an airy atmosphere. Enjoy an enchanting view of the sea from the cozy living room, and the open kitchen invites you to cook with a panoramic view of the Baltic Sea. Three bedrooms with double beds provide space for up to 6 people. The elegant bathroom is equipped with a toilet, spacious shower cubicle and underfloor heating, while an additional toilet with washbasin and underfloor heating completes the comfort. The entrance offers practical cupboards and leads out to the courtyard with a wooden terrace. On Nordbornholm, nature opens up in its full splendor - majestic cliffs, deep forests and flowering meadows meet you. This sanctuary under the open sky invites you to find new energy and experience Bornholm's diversity in all its glory. Note: In two of the rooms there is no window that can be opened.
