The calm waters of Sejerø Bay invite kayaking, windsurfing, and fishing. The location is ideal with only about 1 hour’s drive to Copenhagen, 40 minutes to Roskilde, and 2.5 hours to Aarhus (including ferry), making it easy to combine peaceful nature holidays with day trips to attractions like Sommerland Sjælland, Sagnlandet Lejre, Andelslandsbyen Nyvang, the Viking Ship Museum, and many city attractions. In summer, the Vig flea markets on Wednesdays and Saturdays offer great bargains. Solhi is a charming, personally decorated wooden summer house with WiFi, a large app 1000 sqm garden, and several terraces offering sun and shade.
