This lovely and exceptionally well-maintained little holiday home boasts the most charming location at the very marina of Bønnerup Strand, offering a panoramic view of the Kattegat. The house features delightful, sheltered wooden terraces to the north and south, ensuring you can always find both sun and shade. The terraces are equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture, a parasol, a grill, and even an outdoor fish cleaning station. For children, there is a large, well-equipped playground just 25 meters away.

Upon entering through the hallway, you step into the bright open-plan living area with the lounge and kitchen, which leads out to the terrace overlooking the marina. The dining area comfortably seats four, and the space includes a TV with Danish (including TV2) and German channels, as well as a radio. The kitchen is well-appointed with ceramic cooktops, a microwave, and a fridge-freezer. A staircase leads up to a cozy loft area, which serves as a living/observation room, a bedroom with two single beds, and a small toilet. The spacious hallway also includes a "hidden" fold-out double bed, making the hallway function as a bedroom for two. Additionally, there is a charming bathroom with a shower niche. The entire house is equipped with underfloor heating and is well-insulated, making it suitable for year-round occupancy. Internet access is available.

Bønnerup Strand offers a child-friendly sandy beach with sandbars right next to the fresh waves of the Kattegat. The almost new marina and fishing harbor are bustling with life, featuring small restaurants, shops, and, of course, fishing boats that land fresh fish daily. The area also provides excellent shopping options, including a SuperBrugs open every day and a bakery.
