This spacious holiday home of 235 m² offers space for the whole family or a larger group with its three bedrooms and eight beds. Situated on a large 2.1-hectare plot, there is plenty of opportunity for outdoor activities such as ball games on the lawn or bring your own ATV to drive in the 0.4 hectare paddock. The house was fully renovated in 2000 and has been maintained with indoor painting two years ago and outdoor painting this year. Heating is provided by geothermal energy and electricity from EnergiFyn. Charging an electric car can be done at a fast charger at a grocery store, 3 km from the house. Two bicycles can be borrowed free of charge. Please bring your own bicycle helmet. The holiday home is surrounded by exciting natural experiences. It is 6-8 km to good beaches where you can enjoy coastlines from several sides. For those who enjoy fishing, there are several opportunities in the area. Within a short drive, you’ll find Middelfart and Lillebælt, where you can experience beautiful natural and cultural sights. Odense and Kolding are within 35 km, offering city life, a zoo, and cafés. For the adventurous, Legoland is just 75 km away. Outdoors, the house offers three different terrace areas, equipped with garden furniture, a parasol, and a grill.
