Located just 20 meters from the beach, this fantastic and cozy holiday home offers a high vantage point with panoramic views of Mols Bjerge, Tunø, and Samsø. Built in 1955, the house has been fully renovated while retaining its old romantic charm.

The house features a truly cozy and well-furnished living room with a wood-burning stove, TV with Danish (including TV2) and German channels, as well as a DVD player and a stereo system with a CD player. From the living room, you can step out onto one of the lovely terraces with comfortable outdoor furniture. Adjacent to the living room is the delightful kitchen area, which includes a dishwasher. There is a beautiful bathroom with a shower.

The sleeping arrangements are in two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Whether you're in the living room or kitchen, you will enjoy the stunning sea view through the large panoramic window in the living room. The house is situated on a meticulously maintained plot with several lovely terraces and cozy corners. The property also features a charming bonfire pit, perfect for roasting marshmallows on a warm summer evening while watching the sun set over the bay and Mols Bjerge. Please note, the house is not suitable for those with mobility issues.

The house is located near Ebeltoft and the Mols Bjerge National Park. In Ebeltoft, you’ll find the charming cobbled streets with hollyhocks, small cafes, restaurants, and specialty shops. In the center of Ebeltoft, the Old Town Hall is worth a visit. At the harbor, you’ll find the Frigate Jylland and the Glass Museum, renowned for its modern glass art. The harbor also has several small cafes, eateries, and specialty shops. The Kattegat Centre in Grenaa and Djurs Sommerland, the largest amusement park in Scandinavia, are approximately a 30-minute drive away.
