Just a 10-minute drive from Ebeltoft, you will find this beautiful and exceptionally well-maintained house, located close to a lovely beach. The house features a cozy living room, furnished with comfortable furniture, a wood-burning stove, and a heat pump. Adjacent to the living room is a well-equipped kitchen with a pleasant dining area, with access to the terrace.

The house offers sleeping accommodations in three good-sized bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and one with a pull-out bed. There is a lovely bathroom with a shower niche and access to a washing machine. For younger guests, a high chair is available.

The property is surrounded by several nice terraces, both covered and open, furnished with garden furniture, and situated on a beautiful plot with a large lawn, ideal for relaxation and outdoor activities. The little ones can enjoy a swing, sandbox, and even a fire pit.

Next to the house, there is a small path that takes just 2 minutes to reach the top of a hill, where you can enjoy the most beautiful view over Ebeltoft Bay and Mols Bjerge. On clear days, you can even see the island of Samsø.

The house is located in a lovely natural area, about 10 minutes by car from Ebeltoft town, within the Mols Bjerge National Park. The area around Egsmark is ideal for cycling and hiking through the hilly terrain and is rich in wildlife. The beach at Egsmark is a child-friendly sandy beach.

In Ebeltoft, you can visit the Old Town Hall, where people come from near and far to get married. At the harbor, you’ll find the Glass Museum, which is highly popular and a leader in modern glass art. The harbor also offers several good shops and restaurants, with fresh fish available every day.

For those seeking adventure, you can go on a safari at Ree Park, where you can get up close to wild animals, or visit the Kattegat Center in Grenaa to see large sharks. A trip to Djurs Sommerland, Northern Europe’s largest amusement park, is also recommended, offering fun for both big and small, and located just about a 30-minute drive from the house.
