There is underfloor heating throughout, and an energy-efficient heat pump ensures optimal temperatures. A washing machine and dryer are also available, along with a freezer with a 60-liter capacity. Situated on a large 893 m² garden plot, there are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy. The sea is just 530 m away, and for golf enthusiasts, there's a course nearby. The terrace not only offers a spa and lounge furniture but also a trampoline and a grill. Parking is also conveniently available right at the doorstep. Inside are four comfortable bedrooms. Sleeping accommodations are distributed across double beds, and there's also a crib available for younger guests. The kitchen is state-of-the-art with induction hobs, a convection oven, microwave, and dishwasher. There is one toilet and one bathroom, complete with a shower, toilet, and underfloor heating. And as the cherry on top, there's the opportunity to unwind in an indoor spa for two or an outdoor standing spa for up to six people.
