Welcome to our charming summer house, located in scenic surroundings near Asserbo Plantation and Arresø. Here you have a unique opportunity to experience nature up close, with the tranquility of the forest and the beauty of the lake right at your doorstep. The summer house, built in 2022, sits on a lovely natural plot, surrounded by greenery and with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The plot offers a bonfire area, where you can gather in the evening and roast marshmallows, a hammock for relaxation under the trees' shade, and a grill that invites outdoor cooking and cozy dinners al fresco. Here you can truly escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and find peace in nature. Close by is Arresø, where you can enjoy the sunrise and abundant birdlife. The heart of the house is the spacious, bright kitchen and dining area, where there's plenty of room for togetherness and relaxation. It is furnished with a dining area, sofa, and a wood stove. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Here you'll find an induction hob, fridge/freezer, coffee station, and dishwasher, making both cooking and cleaning easy and convenient. Additionally, the house has two bedrooms. One with a double bed and plenty of closet space, and the other with a pull-out bed with comfortable mattresses, which can either be used as is or converted into another double bed. If you have overnight guests, there are two additional sleeping spots on the sofa in the living room. The house is equipped with duvets, pillows, and plenty of tableware for six people. The house features large windows, skylights, and every room has its own exit to the garden. There is also a bright entrance with plenty of space for outerwear and shoes, as well as a cozy bathroom with a shower, washing machine, and underfloor heating. The entire house is heated with an air-to-air heat pump and is well-insulated. You can enjoy your morning coffee in the sun on the east side of the house, and lunch/afternoon can be enjoyed on the south-facing terrace. Evenings can be spent in front of the wood stove or by stepping out directly onto the open terrace, where you can enjoy the evening sun with a glass of wine in hand and food on the grill. There is fast wifi internet and a TV with Chromecast, so you can keep up with your favorite series. The area offers a wealth of activities for both nature lovers and the adventurous. Take relaxing walks in the beautiful forest, explore the exciting mountain biking trails, hiking paths, or enjoy a day at the beach, such as Liseleje. Tisvilde Leje is just a pleasant walk or bike ride through the forest. There is something for everyone! The area also offers plenty of cultural experiences within a short distance. The local area features farm shops with fresh products like eggs and seasonal vegetables, as well as cafes and ice cream dairies, as well as attractive farms and flea markets.
