The house enjoys an excellent location at Lyngvej 5 in Grærup. It's just a few minutes' walk to the beach, and the grounds alone invite you to settle in and unwind. Grærup is an absolutely idyllic and wonderfully secluded small village, perfect for hiking, relaxation, and simply getting away from it all.

The holiday home is arranged over two floors, accessed via an attractive open wooden staircase. It comprises 4 bedrooms, a living room with fireplace, kitchen with dishwasher, main bathroom, and separate guest WC.

In addition to the fireplace, the energy-efficient heat pump ensures comfortable temperatures throughout the house, so you'll never feel the cold!

The first floor balcony offers truly fantastic views over the beautiful surroundings, with heather and small pine bushes dotting the landscape. You might even receive visits from deer and other local wildlife.

On sunny days, life naturally flows outdoors. Make the most of good weather by spending time in the invigorating North Sea air and perhaps catching some sun. Why not start your day with a freshly brewed coffee in a sheltered spot on the terrace, listening to the birdsong?

Early risers might prefer to plan a morning walk on the nearby beach - something your dogs will certainly appreciate. It's wonderful to begin the day so peacefully, watching nature wake up. Once you've climbed the tall dunes, you'll be rewarded with spectacular views of both the sea and the dune grass swaying in the wind.

If you fancy more activity, shopping, or simply being around people, you have several options. Choose between the vibrant holiday resort of Blåvand, peaceful Vejers, or the renowned seaside town of Henne Strand. You'll also find shopping facilities and attractive places to visit in Varde, Esbjerg, or Oksbøl.
