Grærup Strand is a scenic area surrounded by dunes, forest, fishing lake and a fantastic car-free sandy beach within a short walking distance. The house is a wooden house of 92 m2, located on a nice large natural plot.

The house is individually decorated. The house contains an entrance with a wardrobe in open connection with the dining room. Bright kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, hood and stove. Large living room with open to tilt, cozy wood-burning stove, heat pump, sofa corner with television with satellite programs and Boxer TV, wireless Internet and a view of the terrace. From the dining room there is access to a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, as well as to a large bedroom with a double bed. Hallway with 2 good bedrooms and access to guest toilet with shower. One bedroom with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There is a washing machine and chest freezer in the house. There is access to the terraces from the living room, the dining room and the distribution corridor. The rooms in the house are bright and have good light from the windows. 3 bedrooms: DB + DB + 2B

3 pets are allowed. The dogs must not get into the furniture or the beds. Smoking is not allowed.

The house is surrounded by several wooden terraces, where it is possible to find a sheltered corner all year round, from which nature and the sun can be enjoyed to the fullest. One of the wooden terraces is covered.

The plot is a large natural dune plot with plenty of space. The house is primarily heated with a heat pump/air conditioning system, but there are also radiators in all rooms and a wood-burning stove in the living room.

Smoking and youth groups are not allowed!

There is TV with satellite dish (danish programs) and wireless Internet throughout the house.

The Grærup Strand area is a wonderfully quiet and scenic area with abundant wildlife all year round. There are good opportunities for jogging and cycling either on marked paths or on your own. At the entrance to Grærup Strand is Grærup fishing lake, where you can fish for rainbow trout, pike, perch, pollock and eel. Fishing license is required.
