Welcome to my renovated 56 m² holiday home Welcome to this cosy, fully renovated 56 m² holiday home, peacefully located with beautiful views across open fields. The open-plan kitchen and living area is the heart of the home. The modern kitchen, renovated in 2022, includes a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, fan oven with grill, microwave, extractor hood, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and barbecue. It is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and dine, with tableware for six guests. The dining table seats four and extends to accommodate six to eight people. The comfortable lounge overlooks the surrounding countryside, where you can often spot deer, hares, pheasants and many species of birds – deer even visit the garden from time to time. There is a wood-burning stove, TV with DR, TV2 and YouTube, as well as free Wi-Fi. Connected to the living area is a practical multi-purpose room with entrance hall, wardrobe space, desk, a loft sleeping area (best suited for children), utility area with sink and washing machine, and access to the bedroom with a three-quarter-size double bed. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin. Outside you'll find a covered terrace plus two additional patios, making it easy to enjoy the sun or find a sheltered spot throughout the day. Tall hedges provide privacy, while the garden offers a football goal, hammock, gas barbecue and outdoor dining furniture. The sea is only 900 metres away and features a lovely bathing jetty.
