In the quiet and idyllic area of Houvig, you will find this beautiful holiday home. The holiday home at Klitdalen 57 is a gem and is located just 150 metres from the North Sea. It is an activity house with games and fun for the whole family or a group of friends and features an outdoor whirlpool and a sauna. Entertainment and relaxation are combined here, so there is something for everyone. You can arrive with a total of 12 people and are also welcome to bring up to 5 dogs.

The holiday home is furnished in a modern Scandinavian style. In addition to the stylish interior, the large gas fireplace on the ground floor is a real eye-catcher that creates a truly cosy atmosphere. From the large, bright living room you have direct access to a lovely south-facing wooden terrace, where you can easily find a sheltered spot to enjoy the sun and West Jutland nature up close.

On the ground floor, in addition to the spacious living and dining area with a cosy sofa corner and large dining table, there are also 4 of the 6 bedrooms, a bathroom with access to the sauna, and the large open-plan kitchen. The living area and the bathrooms have underfloor heating, and there is also an energy-saving heat pump.

In the basement there is the activity room with pool and table tennis and another sofa corner, so those taking a break from playing also have a place from which they can watch. There are also 2 further large bedrooms here and a bathroom with a double shower.

Lovely wooden terrace with outdoor hot tub and outdoor shower

From the living room of the holiday home, you have direct access to a partially covered and screened wooden terrace, where there is both an outdoor hot tub set into the terrace and an outdoor shower, which can be used from April to October. The sauna also has access here. This is the perfect place to truly relax and enjoy a bit of wellness. Afterwards, you can fire up the gas barbecue and spend a lovely barbecue evening together.

A great area for families with children and dogs

Houvig is a picturesque area on the North Sea. Whether the sun is shining from a cloudless sky or the wind is blowing, it never gets boring here. There are activities for young and old, for adventurers and for those who like to take it easy. Let the waves challenge you, build sandcastles, look for precious amber, or go for long walks with your dog in the beautiful nature. Angling enthusiasts will get their money’s worth at the nearby Ørredsø.

Treat yourself to a good meal in one of the many restaurants in the area, where local products and great flavour take centre stage. Or play a round of golf on the courses east of Søndervig with a total of 18 holes and par-3 courses. In the towns of Hvide Sande, Søndervig, and Ringkøbing, you can make your credit card glow with extensive shopping, and Ringkøbing Fjord is also just a stone’s throw away. The entire west coast offers a wide selection of experiences nearby.
