It is equipped with an energy-efficient heat pump, washing machine, and tumble dryer. There is also a freezer with an 80-liter capacity and a cozy wood-burning stove. A high chair is provided for the little ones.

The property sits on a 5,000 m² natural plot, just 2,500 meters from the beach. The nearest store is about 2 km away, and a golf course is located roughly 17 km from the house. The house includes a 30 m² terrace, a swing, and parking facilities.
