The whirlpool is a permanent spa bath, meaning the water doesn't need to be changed after each use.

The living room is comfortably furnished in light colours and filled with natural light through large windows. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer and microwave. An energy-efficient heat pump maintains a pleasant temperature throughout the living area while keeping electricity costs low.
