A unique holiday experience aboard a houseboat

A houseboat holiday is truly unique. Living on the water whilst enjoying the comforts of a luxury home, you'll experience fantastic views and easy access to the town centre with its shops and restaurants.

Built in 2005, this 105-square-metre houseboat is moored in the charming fjord harbour "Tyskerhavnen". It features three bedrooms: a master bedroom with carpeting and double bed, a room with two single beds, and a room with a smaller double bed.

The upper deck houses a beautifully furnished, cosy living room offering spectacular views over the harbour and fjord. It comes equipped with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and an attractive wood-burning stove.

On the first deck, you'll find two bathrooms; one featuring a shower, underfloor heating and sauna, the other with a shower, underfloor heating and a corner whirlpool.

The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave and a 40-litre freezer. A washing machine, tumble dryer and wireless internet access are also provided. One dog is welcome on board.

Terraces and harbour atmosphere

The houseboat offers two lovely terraces: a south-facing terrace at the boat's entrance and an enclosed terrace on the upper deck providing excellent panoramic views of the town, harbour and Ringkøbing Fjord.

Enjoying a barbecue dinner prepared on the gas grill and an evening drink on the terrace, with Hvide Sande's sunsets as your backdrop, is sure to rejuvenate both body and soul.

Hvide Sande

The town of Hvide Sande is a popular holiday destination. Besides its beautiful natural surroundings, it offers excellent shopping facilities. With Ringkøbing Fjord on one side and the North Sea on the other, it enjoys an ideal location in the middle of the peninsula.

Fishing enthusiasts will appreciate the lock, just 0.6 miles (1,000 metres) from the houseboat. For water sports enthusiasts, the "Aqua Sports Zone" at the northern edge of Hvide Sande offers windsurfing and a cable-powered water skiing facility for wakeboarding.
