Cozy summer house in lovely nature by Ho Bay

Cozy and newly renovated year-round insulated summer house on 2 floors for 6 people, located on a lovely large natural plot in quiet surroundings. The house is approx. 500 meters from the scenic Ho Bay and about 7 km from Vejers Beach.

The house contains on the ground floor: entrance through the kitchen. Kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, stove, fridge/freezer combination and underfloor heating. Bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, underfloor heating and washing machine. From the kitchen there is access to the living room and dining area as well as the terrace to the west and south. The house has a nice sitting corner with a view to the fireplace. Stairs to the first floor. Television with Danish and foreign channels and fiber network. From the living room there are two exits to the terraces to the west and south. New wooden terrace and covered terrace where summer evenings can be enjoyed.

The first floor of the house has 3 good bedrooms: DB + DB + DB, 2 of which each have a ¾ double bed (140x200) and one bedroom with one double bed (180 x 200). On the first floor there is a balcony to the south with a sea view over Ho bay.

The house is electrically heated, supplemented by a new heat pump and the fireplace. Private charger for electric cars (type 2).

2 pets are welcome, but smoking is not allowed indoors. Year of construction 1973. Renovated in 2011 and 2023 respectively.

The summer house area at Mosevrå lies next to the lovely Ho bay. It is a natural area with planting and some forest. From Ho bugt there is a view towards Esbjerg. Mosevrå is a small area, but it is not far from the area's activities and attractions.

It is possible to buy groceries in Oksbøl, Vejers and Blåvand, where there are also shops and resturants.

The area offers good opportunities for nature experiences: walks by Ho Bugt, cycle trips to Skallingen or around the area. There is a good MTB track in the nearby Bordrup Klitplantage, if you are into speed and excitement.
