When you step into the holiday home, you are greeted by a bright and inviting kitchen-dining area with a large dining area where the family can gather for cosy meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking – including a dishwasher, oven, stove, coffee maker and plenty of crockery. The living room is open plan with a large, well-appointed lounge with soft sofas, a wood-burning stove and a flat-screen TV. The many windows and patio doors let in plenty of natural light and give a feeling of being close to the garden – even when you are indoors.

The house has four bedrooms, so there is plenty of room for everyone. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, one bedroom has two single beds, and the fourth bedroom has a single bed. In addition, there are two bathrooms, both with shower cubicles, so mornings can run smoothly, even when there are many of you.

Outside:
The living room opens directly onto a large, partially covered wooden terrace, where you can enjoy your morning coffee and long summer evenings. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, a barbecue and plenty of space to relax. The large, green garden is perfect for playing, ball games and relaxation for both children and adults – and your dog will love it here too.

The area:
The location in Sælvig is ideal – only about 300 metres from the holiday home you will find the child-friendly beach with shallow water and fine sand. Here you can take a dip, build sandcastles or simply enjoy the warm rays of the sun. At the harbour there is also a cosy restaurant where you can enjoy a good dinner with a view of the water.

Sælvig is centrally located on Samsø, making it easy to go on excursions around the island. For example, visit the Falcon Centre in Pillemark, where you can experience the impressive birds of prey up close, or take a walk in Nordby, known as one of Denmark's most beautiful villages with its idyllic village pond and historic half-timbered houses. In summer, you can go on bike rides through the hilly landscape, and in autumn, the island offers beautiful walks and cosy local markets.
