Sønderho – the charming village on Fanø

The village of Sønderho has something for everyone, young and old alike. There are several museums and attractions including Sønderho Mølle (windmill), Æ Kåver, and Sønderho Church. Sønderho also offers excellent dining experiences, whether you're in the mood for gourmet cuisine or traditional Danish fare.

To reach Fanø, travel via Esbjerg, where the ferry crossing takes just 12 minutes. If you're lucky, you might spot much of Fanø's seal colony, which often rests on the sandbank in Nordby.
